Tin'Duhil

'Goddess of Moonlight, Lady of Illusion, The Last Embrace'
'Lover of the Damned.'

Tin Du'hil.jpg

Tin Du'hil dwells
in Alasse Cir (Paradise) in her Saltus Lunae (Moon Glade).
Ethereal and luminescent; fragile and feminine to those who do not look twice.
Goddess of the Feral, Weres, and Vampires, beautiful but dangerous.

Chaotic Neutral
No one except those she holds closest truly knows this Goddess.
Tin Du'Hil has been called 'Lover of the Damned' for her close relationship
with the Were community and the Vampire Court, like Naik'lea, Tin'Duhil takes
those that the other Gods cast away as her followers. This makes her faithful
near fanatical, and it is said that she comes among her faithful as a Were herself.
She calls to the protective, feral nature in all women, of all races, mothers, sisters, and daughters.
Representing the ethereal and luminescent moon; the female core and the ferocity of the night.

Tin Du'hil appears as a youthful and ageless female elf wearing a diaphanous gown made from moonbeams
to all who are not fellow predators; to Weres and Vampires she is in her true form of a white Were-leopard.
The Goddess of Moonlight is truly a spiritual and ephemeral being who evades any attempt to define her.
Her serenity surrounds her like a mantle of moondust until one of her own is in need or attacked and in seconds she will take vengeance.
Tin Du'hil urges her followers to seek their destiny beyond the will of the Gods, preferably upon a shadowy path that avoids
"The Zealous light of Reinn or the utter darkness of Nanqa".

Tin Du'hil has a wide variety of holy days tied to the phases of the moons and various eclipses.
Many of these holidays occur once per decade, once per century, or even once per millennium, but the most frequent are upon the monthly full moon.

Each race celebrates this day differently, the Weres hunt, the Vampires court, and the Elves dance.
Tin Du'hil's temples are situated so that they are bathed in moonlight when it is full, with open ceilings that reveal the night sky.
They often are adorned with moonstones, and silver and surrounded by a garden of night-blooming flowers.
The Goddess of Moonlight's greatest temple is in the Vampire City's Court; giving praise to she who embraces them in unlife and in death.
